Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original resalable condition and include the original packaging, accessories and documentation. You arrange and pay return shipping to the original dispatch warehouse; internationally fulfilled items may require international return shipping. PMC TechLife covers return shipping for confirmed defects and fulfilment errors. Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt. Once approved, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund. No handling or restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Eligible defective goods are covered for 6 months from delivery. Once a defect is confirmed, the available remedies may include a repair, replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
