My experience with PMC Jewellery has not been an unpleasant one, but I’m hugely disappointed in the product you supplied.
I was taken in by your offer of a hearing aid for R579.00 and the reviews seemed reasonable.
What I (and everyone else who ordered one) received was not a hearing aid, but an amplifier.
I can confirm that this instrument is probably more dangerous than it is helpful. Hearing loss is frequently caused by trauma to the cochlea nerve and extended use of this instrument is an assault on both the tympanic membrane and the cochlea nerve. I’m pretty sure they would be banned if tested for audio safety.
I would not recommend the use of this hearing aid to anyone and if you have a return policy, I’d like to take advantage of it.

I am not impressed at all. A lot of background wizzing noise. My opinion, low quality product.
